If 2024 already feels impossible, slow down and invite God in.
Use these breath prayers to remind yourself that God is near. He is still with you. He is still for you.
Tips:
- Consider lying down to relax your body.
- Close your eyes to avoid distractions.
- As you inhale, fill your lower lungs (your diaphragm) with air, so that your belly rises while your chest remains still.
- Exhale slowly and repeat.
