Christ Jesus,
You endured the cross, so that we could be restored.
You cover us in Your perfect holiness.
Because of you, we have been declared righteous before God.
We confess our inability to display the love that You have shown us.
How often we reap the consequences of our poor decisions,
We’ve grown numb to division and dissension. We cry out for unity!
Let others find Your goodness and grace in the way that we live.
In times of conflict and tension, steady our souls.
Sustain us as we persevere the eternal reconciliation of all things.
We know that Your Kingdom is coming.
Let us be the people who help make it so.
