GRACE CHURCH

Mentorship Program

Welcome to Grace’s Mentorship Program — designed to help you take next steps toward Jesus in becoming all that God has called you to be. Rooted in the seven priorities of Grace’s annual theme, Becoming, this mentorship program focuses on areas you want to grow in as a leader.

Whether you’re looking to deepen your spiritual walk, cultivate emotional insight, live and serve well, strengthen relationships, lead your family, steward your resources, grow in leadership, or a combination of the above, Grace’s Mentorship provides a pathway to pursue God’s purpose for your life through intentional connections with mentors who walk alongside you.

Highlights for both Mentors and Mentees

Purposeful Mentorship

Structured Mentorship Cycles
Sessions align with Grace’s class semester schedule, starting every spring and fall, with a minimum commitment of two hours per month to encourage meaningful and sustained growth.

Custom Pairing Process
Mentors and mentees are matched based on shared focus areas, backgrounds, and communication styles, ensuring a supportive and effective mentorship experience.

Focus on Spiritual Maturity
