Father of Mercy,
We are wholly consumed by abundant grace.
You do not treat us as our sins deserve.
In You, we find light and life.
You govern all things with infinite wisdom.
As we face trials, set our feet on the firm foundation
of Your promises.
We confess that we condemn before we discern.
Forgive us the times we judge before we love.
Shape our hearts to show compassion,
as You have shown compassion.
May we lay our lives down for the sake of others.
Let those we serve see Your glory shining through us.
