Re-Opening Grace.

Radical Hospitality. Extraordinary Servanthood. Big-Hearted Generosity.

We are moving forward in these truths as we ready to re-open Grace. Here’s where we are right now:

STAGE ONE: CURRENTLY

Worship services are online through June 6/7. You can join our weekly worship service live with Grace live on Sundays at 10am or on demand all week long at discovergrace.com

Grace Counseling is now open for in-person sessions; visit discovergrace.com/cc for more info.

Grace Communities (small groups) are encouraged to meet when they are ready.

Get all of our online resources our Grace at Home page.

STAGE TWO: BEGINS JUNE 13/14

On June 13/14, we’ll move to the second stage of our re-opening plan. In this stage, we will offer three ways to gather with your church family:

Option #1: In-person services will resume.

GRACE ORLANDO: JUNE 13/14

We’ll open the Pembrook Drive building with four services. We’re slightly adjusting our normal times to help us with distancing and cleaning in between:

Saturday at 3:45p and 5:30p*
Sunday at 9:15a and 11a
2300 Pembrook Drive, Orlando, 32810

  • graceKIDS will be offered in all services except for the Saturday 5:30p (funJungle will be open for vol kids)
  • GraceStudents 56 will meet during the Sat 3:45p service and the 11a service
  • GraceStudents 7-12 will resume weekly gatherings

* Because we are not offering Family Ministry at the Saturday 5:30p service, we anticipate that this will be our lowest-attended gathering. If you are concerned about crowds, this might be a good place to start!

GRACE WINTER GARDEN: JUNE 13

Our Winter Garden Campus regularly meets in an Orange County Public School, and that facility has not been opened to us at this time. The Crossings Church in Winter Garden Plaza has graciously offered the use of their facility on Saturday evenings.

Saturdays at 5pm at The Crossings Church

  • graceKIDS will be offered during the service
  • GraceStudents will be planning special summer events

GRACE OVIEDO: JUNE 14

Our Grace Oviedo Campus regularly meets in a Seminole County Public School, and that facility has not been opened to us at this time. East Coast Believers Church in Oviedo has graciously offered the use of their facility on Sunday evenings.

Sundays at 3:45p and 5:30p at East Coast Believers Church

  • graceKIDS will be offered during the services
  • Stay tuned GraceStudents!

We’ll open our services with the following goals in place:

Limited seating capacity, social distancing measures, sanitization in our services.

• We’ll be arranging our service seating to promote distancing and limit capacity
• We’ll be sanitizing chairs between services/limiting shared used
• We are increasing time between services to clean
• While we’ve been away, we’ve also sanitized and repainted the entire Grace Church facility from top to bottom

Touchless and paperless environments.

To keep contact to a minimum:
• Our donut and coffee service will be suspended for the first few weeks
• All printed material will move online — including The Guide and Connect Card
• Communion will be offered in individual servings placed on your seat
• Offering boxes will be available in the back of the room, and we’ll encourage you to give online through our free app or our website

Protocols for staff and vols.

• We’ll conduct weekly temperature checks for staff and key vols
• We’ll require masks for volunteers serving in direct-contact guest service environments, like greeting at the door or interacting with guests in the foyer

Helpful guidelines for you.

• We’ll have signs and people celebrating you, welcoming you, and letting you know what’s up
• We’ll offer plenty of hand sanitizer stations
• Please feel free to wear a mask if you wish — we’ll have some on hand for anyone who wants one.

Lots of love and care for Family Ministry.

GraceKIDS and GraceStudents will be open as well, with adjustments in place to give your children a great experience at church while keeping them as safe as we can.

• We’ll offer assisted, touchless family check-in
• We’ll have quick temperature checks for vols and kids. If someone registers a temperature of 100.4 or higher, they’ll be asked to participate in online services at home
• Extra sanitization, including rotating toys and disinfecting classrooms

Option #2: We’ll launch Grace Community Watch Parties.

Ready to watch the service with a few extra people, but not ready to come back to a service? We’ll be launching some local watch parties, so you can gather with a small community to watch and discuss the service. Check back here for a list soon!

Option #3: We’ll continue online worship.

Our Online Worship Experience will continue to be premiered live on YouTube each Sunday at 10am and be available for worship all week long.
